Online Breathwork
"A weekly space to explore breathing through practice, observation and a little theory."
Over time, the aim is not simply to understand breathing intellectually, but to help better breathing become increasingly natural and automatic.

What We Explore
Sessions evolve depending on current investigations and what is useful for the group. Topics explored across different sessions include:
The Breathing Journal
"I encourage everyone to keep a simple breathing journal alongside the classes."
It isn't only about numbers. Measurements can be useful, but so are sensations, observations, questions and changes that are difficult to quantify. Over time, the journal becomes a way of noticing patterns and seeing how your breathing develops through practice and everyday life.
You don't need anything special. A notebook and a little curiosity are enough.
What Happens in a Class?
Each session combines explanation with practice. We might explore breathing mechanics, pranayama, the diaphragm, CO₂ tolerance, breathing under stress, recovery or simply what happens when we pay closer attention to something we normally do without thinking.
The format changes depending on what we're exploring. Sometimes we sit, sometimes we lie down, sometimes we measure, and sometimes we simply breathe and observe.
Who Is It For?
You don't need previous experience with breathwork or pranayama.
The classes are open to complete beginners, existing practitioners, yoga teachers and anyone curious about breathing, stress, physiology or their own patterns.
You can arrive knowing very little. Curiosity is a good place to start.
What It Is Not
This isn't a cathartic or hyperventilation-based breathwork session, a therapy session or a search for altered states.
The emphasis is on learning, practising, observing and gradually integrating what we discover.
