Yoga classes
I offer group and private yoga classes for people of all levels. My classes focus on developing a deeper understanding of the basic bodily functions, particularly breathing, so that you can experience life fully and navigate through it with more ease and grace.
Breathwork sessions
I also offer one-on-one breathwork sessions that focus on teaching you techniques to improve your breathing and overall well-being.
Mindfulness and meditation classes
In addition to yoga and breathwork, I also offer classes on mindfulness and meditation to help you develop a deeper understanding of your mind and emotions.
Workshops
I also periodically host workshops on various topics related to the mind-body connection, such as stress management, self-care, and more.
Progress coaching
I offer personal progress coaching sessions to help you gain clarity, take action towards what you feel inspired to pursue, and achieve a more harmonious and fulfilling life. These sessions are conducted over the internet and include two personal meetings with me, in which I will assess your progress, provide advice and guidance based on my own personal journey learning about the mind-body connection, and help you navigate through any challenges you may be facing.
Memberships
To accommodate different needs and preferences, I offer different levels of membership for the progress coaching service. The basic level includes one coaching session per month, while higher levels may include additional sessions, priority scheduling, and other perks.
